Rhea Bailey was born in Nicosia, Cyprus. She received her BA in Art and Design from Liverpool College of Art, Liverpool, England and also studied at Sir John Cass School of Art, London. Her paintings can be seen in both private and public collections in: Cyprus, England, Greece, the USA, Sweden, Holland, Canada, Ireland, Bulgaria, Jordan, France, Tunisia, and Japan. She is presented in: The International Who's Who for Women; Asian / American Who's Who - Rifacimento International; Women of the Year 1994, American Biographical Institute; International Cultural Diploma of Honor, A.B.I.; and The 4th Edition of the International Who's Who of Professional & Business Women, A.B.I.
