Baumgart lives and works in Gdansk, Poland. She graduated from the Academy of Fine Art, Gdansk. In her recent videos, saturated with the tension between the domain of the intimate and the public space, Baumgart pinpoints strangeness and inconsonance in these overlapping dimensions of existence.
