Bricker received her BFA in Painting from Arizona State University, Tempe, and has aquired credit hours toward a Graduate Degree. She has taught art at Phoenix Country Day School and at Fort Richmond Collegiate, Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. She has contributed community service work to the Art Masterpiece Program at Squaw Peak School, Phoenix; the Touring and Speakers Bureau at the Phoenix Art Museum; Villa Montessori School, Phoenix; and Winnipeg Art Gallery, Canada.

In 1993, Bricker had a solo exhibition of drawings and paintings at The Downtown Gallery, Phoenix. She is a member of the National Women's Caucus for Art, and was Vice President (1995 - '96) of the Arizona Women's Caucus for Art.
