Two artists, Isabelle Chemin and Guido Hübner, work on each project along with a crew of scientists and engineers coming from cognitive science, robotics, programming, and medicine.

Most of the images come from RMI (resonance magnetic images) from the human brain. Chemin and Hübner use neuronal models or cell organizations to develop their creations, building computer systems in connection with lights, motors, and different sensors, where actors or spectators are active participants.

Since 1985, the group has produced interactive installations and performances as well as video and electroacoustic music which is distributed by a French label: SFCR, 77 bis, rue Abbé de l'épée, 33000 Bordeaux, France.
