Patricia J. Clark received both her BFA in Drawing and Video Art and her MFA in Intermedia from Arizona State University, Tempe, Arizona. She had previously attended Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, where she developed a major in sculpture and mixed media installation. These areas of art activity were later combined during her graduate studies.

Currently, Clark is Media Studio Manager of Arizona State University's Institute for Studies in the Arts where she coordinates the technical aspects of approximately thirty projects. She is also video / digital editor for the Institute's lectures, grants, and broadcast promotionals. As the studio instructor, Clark teaches the use of the following systems housed at the ISA: BetaSP A/B Roll Editing System, SGI / Wavefont-Alias, and Macintosh imaging. Frequently she is involved with 2D/3D digital imaging on various Institute telecommunications projects.
