Nancy Cusick's mixed media collages and artist books are "visual essays" dealing with human relations from a gendered perspective.

International exhibitions in Denmark, Lithuania, Russia, and China have been part of a lengthy career that includes solo exhibitions and workshops undertaken for "Arts America" in Belgium, Greece, Turkey, and former Yugoslavia.

Cusick has been a participating artist in three world conferences, most recently as Project Director for "Global Focus: Women in Art & Culture," for the United Nations Fourth World Conference on Women held in Beijing, China, 1995.
