Dror was born in Haifa, Israel to an artistic family. Her mother was a famous artist, her father sculpted wood, and her brother is a painter. Her most recent continuing education was in Computers and Digital Art at Memadim, Tel-Aviv. Over the years she has studied at The Open University, Tel-Aviv; Tel-Aviv Painters Association print school; Ein Hod art school; Gordon Teachers Collage, Haifa; and Vizo art school, Haifa. Dror is a freelance artist living in Rishon Lezion and is a member of the Rishon Lezion Painters & Sculpture Association. She also taught art from 1973 to 2004 at Haviv Elementary School in Rishon Lezion. The main subject of Dror's work is the female nude, which she began drawing at age 15. She is concerned with portraying the movement of the body. Her second favorite subject is landscape. She is an outdoor painter who must be involved in nature and is deeply inspired by the lights and shadows, shapes and forms of landscape subjects. A variety of techniques are employed, including drawing, watercolor, collage and gouache. Her paintings are in private collections in Israel, Denmark, Holland, England, U.S.A, and Germany.
