Eltaib received her Bachelor of Fine Art degree from the College of Fine & Applied Art, Sudan University for Science & Technology, Khartoum, Sudan. She is a member of the "Sudanese Women Artists Association" and the "Sudanese Artists Union."

Eltaib had a solo exhibtion at "Goethe Institute," Khartoum, Sudan.

Her selected group exhibitions include: Grand Holiday Villa, Khartoum Bahari, Sudan, 2000; and Al Khozama Center, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, 1999 and 2000.
