Groat's paintings, collages, artists' books, and drawings are a synthesis of 48 years and three other complete art lives: music, modern dance, theater, and calligraphic arts; all with vivid expression of energies of inner and outer nature.
Her works may be seen in art magazines and books published in Japan, France, England, Australia, Argentina, Germany, and the United States. Her work is also in permanent collections including: The National Museum of Women in the Arts, Washington, DC; The University of Austin, Texas; and the Harrison Collection, San Francisco Public Library, California.
