Harnick is affiliated with Authentique Gallery, Roslyn, New York where she had solo exhibitions in 1993, '94, and '95. She is listed in Who's Who in the East and Who's Who in American Art. She is a member of NAWA, the Society of Layerists Multi-media, and the National Drawing Association.
