Levy was born in Isreal. She studied art at Yaakov Epshtain's Studio of Art, the Open University, and Bat-Yam Institute of Art. She also studied Art History at Tel-Aviv University.
Both a painter and sculptor, Levy sculpts with an expressive, minimalist technique influenced by artist Giacometti. Her style is free and one can feel her spirit within her sculptures.
Her selected solo exhibitions include: Tel-Aviv House of Art, 1997; and Sara Conforti Gallery, Tel-Aviv - Jaffa, 1995.
