Paintings by Mantor depict dual influences of the earth/body connection. Her series of visual, healing "Milagros" is designed to encourage self-healing and earth-healing as part of a pictorial transformative process.
She was an Associate Professor at Loyola University of Chicago for twenty-two years and her teaching emphasis continues to be color theory and "The Artist Was a Woman," contemporary women artists.
Currently, Mantor is listed in Who's Who in the West, Who's Who in American Women, and Who's Who in Education. She is Past President of the Arizona Chapter of Women's Caucus For Art, and has lectured at College Art Association meetings in Washington and New York as well as the WCA meeting in Boston. Her solo exhibitions include: ARC Gallery, Chicago and Artisimo Gallery, Scottsdale, Arizona.
