For the last thirty years, Masonidis has been an artist, specializing in portraiture. At the same time she has taught art at the Moraitis School in Athens, Greece.

She has completed over 1500 portraits and has taken part in 20 solo and over 25 group exhibitions.

Masonidis is a member of the government committee for the arts (Kalitehniko EpimeLitirio Ellados) and the Greek Sculpture Club (Syllogos Glipton Ellados). She lives and works in Athens.
