Provenzano received her MFA in Printmaking and Drawing from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee; her MA in Printmaking and Painting from Pittsburg State University, Kansas; and her BSE in Art Education from Missouri Southern State College, Joplin. She has been in 81 exhibitions over the last 19 years and taught for 9 years at the University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh. Provenzano states, "My work explores issues referring to the life cycle, power of regeneration, primordial strife, and struggle within the human condition."
