Title received a degree in Art from Cooper Union, New York and a BFA from San Francisco Art Institute, California. She is affiliated with the Long Island Network of Women Artists and the Artists Network of Great Neck, New York. Her work is a communication link between people, expressing the inner world of emotions and images.

She had a solo exhibition, Images of the Shoah, at the Rockland Center for Holocaust Studies, Spring Valley, New York in 1991 and her work is in the collection of the Fine Arts Museum of Long Island, Hempstead, New York. Title won the Best of Show award in the 9th Annual Expert Eye juried exhibition at the Wunsch Arts Center, Glen Cove, New York, 1991, sponsored by the Council for the Arts on the North Shore.
