Trigoboff combines the use of an abstract geometric shape with the figurative form as symbolic of the relationship between the spiritual and the physical worlds.

She conducts drawing, painting, and life workshops; lectures on Aesthetics in Art to advanced artists; and runs the Greenbriar Workshop and the five-minute challenge from her studio in North Bellmore, New York.

Trigoboff exhibits in university galleries and other non-profit exhibition spaces. Articles and reviews have been written about her work in Newsday, Bellmore Life, The Jewish Press, Long Island Press, and Long Island Commercial Review.
