Wulke received her BA in Architecture from Washington State University, and her Master of Environmental Design from Yale University, Connecticut. She has taught at Rhode Island School of Design; Glasgow School of Art, Scotland; Montana State University; and Yale University, Connecticut. She has also been Centennial Critic at the University of Idaho, and Guest Critic at Parsons School of Design, New York and Tulane University, Louisiana. Wulke produces public and private commissions, and exhibits throughout the United States, Europe, and Japan.
